When you receive an order confirmation from us your purchase order is accepted and a purchase agreement is entered into. We encourage you to save the order confirmation for any future contacts with us. We may deny a purchase order for various reasons, for example if you provide incorrect personal data (You are responsible for that the personal data that you provide us with is correct and complete) and/or have a record for non-payment of debt.
You may withdraw your order until it has been confirmed by us. We will then refund any payment that you, or your pay- or credit card company, have made for the order. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment or inconvenience caused.
We may cancel an order if the products ordered are sold out. We will then refund any amount paid and notify you about equivalent products if such are available.
All products ordered remain our property until we have received full payment for them.
Pricing and Payment
The prices indicated on the website apply to orders placed on the website. All prices are in the currency stated on the website and include VAT where specified (depending on where you reside VAT may however not be applicable to your purchase). If nothing else is stated on the website the prices do not include payment or shipping fees and these are given separately. Please note also that local charges (such as currency conversion fees, credit or bank card fees, sales tax, customs duty etc.) may apply depending on where you live and local regulations. Such charges are at your expense and will not be refunded by us.
We do our best to ensure that all prices on our web site are up to date and current at all times. However despite our best efforts some may be incorrect in which case we will notify you straight away. All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.
We have 2 payment options available:
Direct Bank Transfer – This should be done when your order is ready for expedition. At this time, you will get an email from us notifying you of that. This email will include your invoice and payment details. As soon as we get proof of payment, we proceed with dispatching the goods.
Paypal – If you happen to choose this option you will be redirected to Paypal’s website to proceed with payment. You will then receive an email from one of us confirming your order.
Whenever possible, we will deliver the goods directly to you. In the cases that won’t be possible, we may use a third party collaborator like CTT – Correios de Portugal. In this case, once the goods are dispatched we will send you an email with tracking info. For deliveries abroad the customer is responsible for all import duty and taxes controlled by the country of destination. We are not liable for any goods held or refused at customs.
- You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it.
- If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please contact us before returning the item.
- Unless arrangements are made with us, you cover the cost of the return.

We will not accept returns if the item indicates signs of use.We will not accept returns on customised goods. Please make sure the items are securely packed, as the parcel is your responsibility until the goods reach us. We are not responsible for goods being lost or damaged in transit.
