Orders
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirming your order. The person who sends that email will be available to answer any questions you may have until you receive your products.
If VIRA – edições XS needs to cancel your order for any reason, you will be notified by email before any payment is processed. VIRA – edições XS is not liable for any compensation related to possible inconvenience caused.
We always do our best to keep our online shop prices up to date. However, in the event of an error, you will be notified before your order is confirmed.
Deliveries
Your order may be delivered directly by us when the delivery address is within our reach. In all other cases, orders will be shipped via CTT (the Portuguese postal service).
For international orders, all import costs and customs duties imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
VIRA – edições XS is not responsible for orders held or blocked by customs authorities.
Prices and Shipping Costs
VIRA – edições XS strives to keep the prices of its products and associated shipping costs up to date in its online store. However, we reserve the right to update them whenever deemed necessary. You will always receive a notification of any such update before completing your purchase.

VIRA – edições XS offers three payment options:

If you choose this payment method, you will notice PayPal fees applied when filling out the order form. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment. All prices are subject to shipping costs.Bank Transfer
Payment should be made after you receive an email from us confirming that your order is ready for shipment. This email will include all necessary details for completing the transfer.Cash on Delivery
Payment is made at the time of delivery and can be made in cash or via MB WAY (mobile payment service).
Returns
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us via email at info@vira.pt.
You will be refunded if you return your order within 10 days of receipt and the returned products arrive in perfect condition.
VIRA – edições XS does not refund shipping costs, and the costs associated with the return shipment are your responsibility. We are not liable for products lost or damaged during the return shipment.
